I was in attendance at the Zensational Youth Conference hosted by the Epsilon Epsilon Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated on September 10, 2011. It was AMAZING. I was BLOWN AWAY by the high impact dramatic presentation done by Mark Johnson. His presentation that drove home and “sealed the deal” on the message protesting bullying, was PHENOMENAL. He was passionate, energetic, unique and EFFECTIVE. It was nothing short of EXCELLENCE!!!!! We MUST have him do this again. Every child, teen and adult must experience his amazing talent. It was truly a blessing….

Zensational Youth Conference on September 10th 2011, I didn’t see a single one of our conference attendees turn their attention from his performance or demonstrate any body language that suggested they had a lack of interest. The dynamics in his monologue volume, tone and content throughout his performance captivates his audience and allows them to both feel and relate to the topic he is expressing. In fact, his performance was so realistic and moving it left a handful of viewers emotionally in tears! Mr. Mark Johnson is guaranteed to show up, show out, interact and impact before his scene is closed.”-

The realistic portrayal caused each member of the audience to be cemented to the EDGE of their SEATS. His thought provoking monologue closed with a meaningful discussion which ultimately empowered the victim, challenged the perpetrator and called to action the bystander!

The young people impacted by Mark Johnson’s dramatization experience at our Zensational Youth Conference will forever be inspired to change. I was so happy to hear the young women asking him to repeat this quote “Information without application is fascination. Information with application is TRANSFORMATION”. Those powerful words obviously moved the young women and caused them to immediately think about how they were being active agents for change and positivity. We thank Mr. Johnson wholeheartedly for using his passion to pour out positive INFORMATION into the young women, inspiring them to APPLY what they know is best so that they can effect a TRANSFORMATION in their life and the lives of all they touch.
